Angarki (Marathi: अंगारकी) is a 2013 Marathi language drama film which is produced by Avinash Mohite and directed by Chandrakant Dudhgaokar. This movie highlights the religious differences between the Muslims and the Hindus. Makarand Anaspure plays the role of `Bindumadhav` and Tejaswini Pandit the character of `Shabnam`. The film touches a touchy issue which has been continuing for a long time now. It demonstrates the Hindu-Muslim mobs which bring two people of the two groups close. How they break down the distinctions of feelings and build up a wonderful bond frames the account of the film.On the day of `Angarika Chaturti` the pair meet under disturbing circumstances and the time they spend together forms the turning point of their lives. Dharmesh Yelande Performed on special Marathi song Bappa Morya.[1]
