Andy Houts
Andrew Laurence "Andy" Houts[1] (June 23, 1965 – February 26, 1997)[1] was a cartoon actor and character actor on U.S. television from 1992 to 1997. He was also a production assistant for The Simpsons during its second and third season. He also wrote for "Rocko's Modern Life" and coordinated production for "Rugrats". He died in 1997 of a brain tumor before the new season began. The episode "Radio Daze / Psycho Angelica" is dedicated in his memory. He was a gifted comic.
