Andriy Viktorovych Parkhomenko (Ukrainian: Андрій Вікторович Пархоменко; born 27 December 1971 in Odessa) is a Ukrainian football coach and a former player.

He has a son Kostyantyn Parkhomenko and a brother Dmytro Parkhomenko who also play for Balkany.
