Andrey Anatolyevich Turchak (Russian: Андрей Анатольевич Турчак; born December 20, 1975, Leningrad, RSFSR, USSR) is a Governor of the Pskov region (since 27 February 2009).[1] By taking this position at the age of 33, he has become one of Russia's youngest governors.[2]
