Andrew Kerr (civil servant)

Andrew Kerr is the current Chief Executive of the City of Edinburgh Council and was formerly the Chief Executive of Cornwall Council

Kerr was born in Falkirk and formerly worked for Birmingham Council, before becoming Chief Executive for North Tyneside Council and Wiltshire Council

Kerr was a former bronze medal winning 400m sprinter, at the 1977 European Athletics Junior Championships.[1][2]
