André Lagarrigue

André Lagarrigue (1924–1975) was a French physicist who was awarded the Prize Ampère in 1975.

Lagarrigue led the team of physicist and engineers that built the Gargamelle bubble chamber.[1]

Lagarrigue has a street and a square named after him at CERN.
