The American Indian Law Review (Bluebook abbreviation: Am. Indian L. R.) is a student-run biannual law review affiliated with the University of Oklahoma College of Law. It has been published since 1973 and covers Native American (Indian) legal issues.[1]
The review contains articles, features, and book reviews by professional legal scholars as well as student-written notes and comments.[1] It also hosts an annual American Indian Law Writing Competition for law students that are enrolled in any American Bar Association accredited law school in the United States and Canada.[2] The article winning first place is published in the review and the top three entries receive cash prizes.[3]
