The cast size was reduced from 14 to 13, which was maintained up until cycle 10. The house that the girls stayed in the first half of the competition was later used for the first season of the VH1 show Rock of Love with Bret Michaels.

The winner was 19-year-old Nicole Linkletter from Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Sixth-placer Lisa D'Amato would later claim victory as the winner of cycle 17 All-Stars.
