Amber McWilliams is a New Zealand actress, best known for appearing as Vicky Denning in the television drama series, The New Adventures of Black Beauty (1990–91). She also appeared as Emma Chandler in the six-part television series Strangers (1988) with Martin Henderson.

Born in 1975 in Auckland, Amber McWilliams started drama classes at Theatre Corporate when she was five years old. She had her first professional role at the age of nine, playing Michael in Theatre Corporate's production of Caucasian Chalk Circle.
