Altangereliin Naranchimeg (born 30 July 1989) is a retired Mongolian female volleyball player, playing as a middle blocker. She was part of the Mongolia women's national volleyball team.

She participated at the 2010 Asian Games.[1][2] On club level she played for Amin Burd in 2010.
