Allen v. United States
Allen v. United States is the name of four different cases heard by the Supreme Court of the United States:
- Allen v. United States 150 U.S. 551 (1893)
- Allen v. United States 157 U.S. 675 (1895)
- Allen v. United States 164 U.S. 492 (1896), approved the use of a jury instruction ("Allen charge") intended to prevent a hung jury by encouraging jurors in the minority to reconsider
- Allen v. United States 204 U.S. 581 (1907)
