Allan Ross Ferguson (born in 1943 in Morrinsville, Waikato region, New Zealand) is a botanist with significant contributions in the field of kiwifruit scientific investigation.
Ferguson received a Masters of Science (first honors) in 1967,[1] and a Doctor of Philosophy in cell biology from the University of Auckland in 1969.
