All-dressed (Assaisonnées in French) is a potato chip flavour popular in Canada.[1] The flavour combines the potato chip flavors of barbecue, sour cream and onion, ketchup, and salt and vinegar.[2]
In 2015, American food manufacturer Frito-Lay began selling the all-dressed variety of their Ruffles potato chip to the US market.[3]
