Algis Matulionis (April 9, 1947, Vilnius, Lithuanian SSR, USSR[1]) is a Soviet and Lithuanian actor, screenwriter, head of the Lithuanian Union of Cinematographers.

Biography

Since 1967 actor of Kaunas State Drama Theater.[2] In 1972 he graduated from the faculty of acting of the Lithuanian Conservatory. He played more than 80 roles in the cinema.[3]

After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the films is practically not removed. In 1994 founded the independent theater actor, and has directed television productions. Currently he heads the Union of Cinematographers of Lithuania.
