Alexander James Wells (born 27 February 1997) is an Australian professional baseball pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization.

Wells signed with the Baltimore Orioles as an international free agent in July 2015.[1] He made his professional debut in 2016 with the Aberdeen IronBirds.[2]

Wells was on Australia's roster for the 2017 World Baseball Classic.[3]

His twin, Lachlan Wells, pitches in the Minnesota Twins organization.[4]
