Albert is an 2016 American computer-animated Christmas-themed musical comedy adventure TV movie produced by Nickelodeon and distributed by Paramount Television. It premiered on December 9, 2016,[1] and is Nickelodeon's first original animated TV movie.

Plot

At Earth Mama's job to take care of the plants at the shop of "Earth Mama's", Lives are the plants, trees and cactuses. Especially a small pom tree named, Masie (Sasheer Zamata). And they play around their spots and homes but sometimes cause trouble. Herman constantly... However, lost another leaf because it's almost Christmas.

But a Douglas fir tree named Albert (Bobby Moynihan) shows up from the curtens. Although he loves christmas. Masie and the gang asked Albert to sing for them. And he did. Until Gene (Judah Friedlander) appears one of the pot of a plant. But when a plant accidentally turns on the TV, The announcer says the crew is searching for the Empire City Christmas Tree.

Suddenly, Earth Mama discovered that Albert has ortaments on his branches, She commands her daughter to take off the ortaments of him but a little girl named Molly (Breanna Yde) believes in Albert.

This makes Albert set to go on a journey along with help of Maisie and especially Gene to become an empire city tree. But when Molly and her dad Donny (John DiMaggio) stopped to a restaurant called "Cactus Pete" for lunch. When Albert and Masie stop to save someone under the snow lives a cactus named Pete, (Rob Riggle) Things get pretty awful. When they had their battle, They missed the truck but Masie found another one that leads Bakers Hill. The factory almost killed Albert, Masie and Gene. It completely killed Pete but it is revealed that he is still alive.

Aaron and Will Eisenberg, the film's screenwriters, have written a book based on the movie, Albert: The Little Tree with Big Dreams, to anticipate the premiere of the film.[4][5]
