Alavere (German: Allafer) is a village in Anija Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. It has a population of 382 (as of 1 January 2010).[1]
Musician Sandra Nurmsalu, who represented Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009, grew up and currently lives in Alavere.
