Alan Edward Mouchawar (born August 3, 1960 in Los Angeles, California) is a former water polo player who won a silver medal for the United States at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. He is a graduate of Stanford University. He also graduated from medical school at UCSD and did and anesthesia residency at UCSF. He currently works as an anesthesiologist at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.
