Alain Gilles Trophy

The Alain Gilles Trophy is an annual award that is given to the best active French basketball player in a given season, regardless of the country they play in. The award is named after Alain Gilles, who played 159 games for the French national basketball team. Voters for the winner of the award include FFBB members, national team veterans and French media representatives.[1]
