Akira Matsunaga (松永 行, Matsunaga Akira, September 21, 1914 – January 20, 1943) was a Japanese football player.

Biography

Matsunaga was born in Shizuoka. was part of the Japan national team for the 1936 Summer Olympics football competition in Berlin. On January 20, 1943 he was killed in action during the Guadalcanal Campaign. Nobuo Matsunaga is his brother.
