The Agglomeration community of Le Havre (French: Communauté de l'agglomération havraise) is the communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Le Havre. It is located in the Seine-Maritime department, in the Normandy region, northern France. It was created in January 2001. Its population was 240,323 in 2014, of which 175,599 in Le Havre.[1] The goal of the Agglomeration Community is to build a better metropolitan area by synchronizing the transport system, environmental actions, etc.
