Aeva

The Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) is a charitable, non-profit organisation founded in 1973 [1] to promote electric vehicles (EVs) as a key to addressing oil dependence and global warming both nationally and internationally. AEVA envisions millions of electric vehicles, charged by off-peak electricity from renewable energy sources as a way to significantly reduce greenhouse gases that come from transportation.

The association has branches established in ACT, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia. [2]
