Adrian Tuohy (born 14 May 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays in the half-back line for the Galway senior team. At club level he plays with Beagh.

Career

Tuohy made his championship debut for Galway on 5 June in the 2016 Leinster Championship quarter-final, appearing as a second-half substitute in Galway's 3-27 to 0-19 quarter final victory over Westmeath in Cusack Park, Mullingar.[1] He made his first championship start for Galway in the 2016 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship quarter-final against Clare on 24 July 2016, a game which Galway won on a 2-17 to 0-17 scoreline.[2]

On 6 August 2017, Galway qualified for the 2017 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final after a one-point victory over defending champions Tipperary. Tuohy was involved in an incident where the helmet of Tipperary player Bonner Maher was accidentally pulled off, it was confirmed a few days later that he would face no sanction arising from the incident and would be free to play in the final.[3][4]
