Adoni railway station is located in Kurnool district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh and serves the city of Adoni.It is one of the major railway station in south central railway.Adoni is well connected to all major cities of India crisscrossing north south east west of the country.
Classification
Adoni is classified as a B–category station in the Guntakal railway division.[1]
Electrification
Electrification work in the 641km Pune-Wadi-Guntakal sector has been initiated.[2]
