Addams/Medill Park
Addams/Medill Park is a public park in Chicago named after Jane Addams and Medill Elementary School. It is located in Pilsen.
Recent history
In June 2017 it was announced that Exelon planned to build a $20 million, 100,000 sq-ft multi-purpose indoor facility in the park,[1] which is expected to open in late winter 2019. The park will also undergo $5 million of outdoor renovations.[2]
Events
Every year, Addams/Medill Park hosts Ruido Fest and Spring Awakening.[3][4]
