Acraea aglaonice, the clear-spotted acraea, is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It is found in KwaZulu-Natal, Mozambique, Transvaal, Zimbabwe and Botswana.
The wingspan is 43–49 mm for males and 45–55 mm for females. Adults are on wing year round, with peaks in early summer and autumn. There are multiple generations per year.[2]
The larvae feed on Passiflora edulis and Passiflora incarnata.
