Abdulaziz Al-Mandeel (born 22 May 1989) is a Kuwaiti athlete specializing in the high hurdles. He has won several medals at regional level.

He has personal bests of 13.49 in the 110 metres hurdles (Marrakech 2014) and 7.74 in the 60 metres hurdles (Sopot 2014). The latter is the national record.
