Aaron James Ward was born in Blackpool, England on December 30, 1994. He is currently a Sales Assistant at HMV whilst performing with his band The Lonely Valentines.
Early life
Born in Blackpool, England, Ward was always fond of music, and enjoyed listening to obscure bands that nobody cares about, during his time listening to tinpot bands, Ward fell in love with making music. After the realisation that music isn't the most reliable of jobs and coming to the conclusion he needs money to live, Ward got a job working at The Big Blue Hotel and The Bistro in Lytham, St Annes. He subsequently left his job after feeling unfulfilled and wanting more in life.
Before finding success with The Lonely Valentines Ward was part of many bands, however left them all after he realised he was better than his other band members and decided to go solo. Whilst going solo, Ward busked on the streets of Blackpool for pennies until it was too much for him. Ward reunited with his bandmates and subsequently the birth of The Lonely Valentines
Personal life
After unsuccessfully managing to court Riley Keough and fulfilling his lifelong dream of fathering a child with the blood of Elvis Presley, Ward began dating Emily Coote in January 2017. The two have been together since despite their meaty differences.
Ward is a Republican and has supported U.S. President Donald Trump in his claims to build the wall to keep out the Mexicans.
Ward is an avid lover of Ryan Gosling
Ward supports Manchester United proving, much like his movie knowledge, he knows nothing about Football. His favourite football player is Bebe.
HMV career
In November 2016, Ward began working at HMV as a Christmas temp, in his time there he impressed the staff so much with his lack of movie taste and poor choice in music he managed to secure a permanent job in January 2017. Since then he has been messing up reports and sharing his lack of knowledge with the customers of Blackpool. However, under the guidance of his mentor Jamie Crawford, Ward managed to up his game and become an integral part of the HMV brand. In 2017, Ward said "If it wasn't for Jamie, I don't know where I would be".
Ward is known for playing poor music on the shop floor whilst customers browse the merchandise.
Recently Ward recounts the greatest moment in his HMV career was breaking the single day sales for Pure Cards, where he sold 10 in a single day. A feat like this was unheard of until Ward broke on the scene.

The Lonely Valentines are a Blackpool based four piece band who rely on infectious melodies and dreamy guitar tones to put across their sound. Their debut single Banana Groove has that classic bubble gum pop feel to it spiced together with their modern indie twist. The Lonely Valentines are a band who certainly respect the bands who they admire but rely on creating their own signature sound to share with the world.[2]
The band have spoken about their love of fruit and show this by having a collection of their songs with fruits in the title.[3]
In February 2017 the band released their latest single, "Nothing Lasts Forever".
