Aakanksha Singh (born July 30, 1990)[1] is an Indian television actress and physiotherapist .[2] She is known for her performances in television series such as Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha season 1&2 and Gulmohar Grand She had an experience of working in Theatre for more than 10 plays. Her mother is also a theatre artist.

Career

Being born and raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Aakanksha started her career in television through Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha in which she played Megha Vyas/Bhatnagar who is a widow with two children.[3] She has been appreciated much for that. Her fan following has grown day after day, and she is loved for her simplicity, dedication and wonderful chemistry with her co-star Kunal Karan Kapoor. She later did Gulmohar Grand in which she played drastically different character of a 21-year-old girl , the show was a series based on the Hotel industry and was number 1 show in U.K

Personal life

She admires both traditional and western outfits and enjoys music, dancing, and acting.[3] She had got engaged with her six-year-long best friend Kunal Sain,[4] a marketing professional on July 11, 2013.[5] Aakanksha was married to Kunal Sain on December 7, 2014 in a traditional Marwari wedding in Jaipur. [6]
