820 Olive, is a residential and retail tower under construction in downtown Los Angeles, California. Within walking distance from Staples Center, L.A. Live and the Broadway.[2] This tower, when completed will be the tallest residential tower in California.[3]
History
820 Olive is replacing a parking lot. The tower will have a total of 516 residential units. Above 4,500 sq feet of retail.
