615 South College is a 19-Story Class-AA Office Building in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina.[3] It stands at a height of around 300 feet (91 Meters) with 370,000 square feet of floor space. It broke ground on August 15, 2015.[4] and was opened on May 22, 2017.[5]

615 South College is currently the 28th Tallest Building in Charlotte, NC and was Developed by Trinity Partners. It is located near The Westin Charlotte.

New tenant

On February 28, 2017, BDO USA signed a new tenant at the 12th floor. BDO USA is expected to relocate from Morehead St. in August, 2017.[6] On March 13, 2017, WeWork signed a second new tenant for the 8th & 9th floors to open their first North Carolina office in Charlotte.[7]
