The 2nd Infantry Brigade (Estonian: 2. Jalaväebrigaad) is an infantry brigade of the Estonian Land Forces. It is the primary military unit in Southern Estonia. The brigade headquarters is currently based at Sirgu village, Luunja Parish, Tartu County and is commanded by Colonel Eero Rebo.[1]
History
On 1 August 2014, the Southern Defence District was reorganized as 2nd Infantry Brigade.[1]

The 2nd Infantry Brigade will continue to activate further units to reach full strength by 2022 at the latest and in the end will consist of the following units:
- 2nd Infantry Brigade (Luunja Parish)
- Headquarters Company
- Kuperjanov Infantry Battalion (Võru)
- 2nd Infantry Battalion (being raised)
- 3rd Infantry Battalion (being raised)
- Artillery Battalion (being raised)
- Air Defence Battalion (being raised)
- Engineer Battalion (being raised)
- Combat Service Support Battalion (Võru)
- Reconnaissance Company (being raised)
- Anti-Tank Company (being raised)
