20th Century Fox World Dubai is the upcoming theme park that will be scheduled for the opening of 2018 at Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The park will feature attractions based on Fox Entertainment Group's film and television franchises such as Alien, Blue Sky Studios films, Family Guy, The Simpsons, Planet of the Apes, and Anastasia.
The park is owned by Al Ahli Holding Group, under license from 21st Century Fox.
Development
20th Century Fox World was announced in November 3, 2015, when 20th Century Fox and Al Ahli Holding Group made their licensing deal to build the theme park based Fox's famous works in Dubai for $850 million outside Dubai, while 20th Century Fox World (which owned and licensed by Genting Group from Fox) in Malaysia was still in the works until its opening in 2017.[1][2]
