The 2018 National Games of India, also known as the 38th National Games of India,[1] will be held in October–November 2018 across three districts of Uttarakhand, India. As many as 36 sporting events[2] will be held in the cities of Dehradun, Haldwani and Tehri.
Mascot
The state bird, the monal,[3] has been chosen as the mascot for the games. It has been named 'Mauli'. The state logo for national games will be a view of mountain, forest and river with an athlete. The theme of the logo is 'Play in Paradise'.
Opening ceremony
As many as 36 sporting events will be held in the cities of Dehradun, Haldwani and Tehri.
