The 2017 season is PKNP F.C.'s first season in the Malaysian Premier League. They were promoted from 2016 Malaysia FAM Cup after being runner up in the league.

Background

PKNP F.C. began the season on 20 January 2017. They will also compete in two domestic cups, the Malaysia FA Cup and Malaysia Cup.
