The 2017 North Carolina A&T Aggies football team will represent North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the 2017 NCAA Division I FCS football season. This season will mark the 94th for the program, which will be led by seventh-year head coach Rod Broadway. and play their home games at Aggie Stadium. They are a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

Previous season

The Aggies finished the season 9–3, 7–1 in MEAC play, to finish in second place behind chief rival North Carolina Central and received an at-large bid to the FCS Playoffs where they lost in the first round to Richmond.[1]

Before the season

Recruiting

Prior to National Signing Day in February 2017, five players enrolled for the spring semester in order to participate in spring practice. On National Signing Day, A&T signed 12 additional players out of high school that completed the 2017 recruiting class.[2] Of the class, 10 players were from North Carolina, two players from Greensboro and six players offensive linemen.[3]
