The 2017 International Championship is a professional ranking snooker tournament that will take place from 29 October to 5 November 2017 in Daqing, China.[1] It will be the eighth ranking event of the 2017/2018 season.

Qualifying for the tournament will take place from 26-30 October in Preston.

Mark Selby is the defending champion, having beaten Ding Junhui 10–1 in the 2016 final.
