The 2017–18 Winnipeg Jets season will be the 19th season for the National Hockey League franchise that was established on June 25, 1997, and the seventh in Winnipeg, Manitoba since the franchise relocated from Atlanta prior to the start of the 2011–12 NHL season.[1]
