The 2017–18 East Midlands Counties Football League season is the 10th in the history of East Midlands Counties Football League, a football competition in England at level 10 of the English football league system.
The league consists of 22 clubs.
The following 3 clubs left the league before the season -
- Ellistown & Ibstock United - relegated to Leicestershire Senior League Premier Division
- Greenwood Meadows - relegated to Central Midlands League South Division
- South Normanton Athletic - promoted to Midland League Premier Division
The following 3 clubs joined the league -
- Clifton All Whites - promoted from Nottinghamshire Senior League Premier Division
- Selston - promoted from Central Midlands League South Division
- Teversal - transferred from Northern Counties East League Division One
