2016 Manila tornado or 2016 Metro Manila tornado occurred on 4:30 pm Philippine Time, was a tornado that struck Manila, seen from Tondo, Manila. This is the second time that a tornado struck the capital of the Philippines in history. The tornado affected in the cities of Manila and Quezon City. This was the most destructive tornado in the southern part of Metro Manila.[1][2][3]

Supply

The water and electricity supply of the barangays in Quezon City, were shut down due to the attack of tornado. More electric lines were damaged during the blast.

Aftermath

More than 200 houses were damaged and two people were injured. The tornado formed start at the time of 4:25 pm in Baseco Tondo Compound.
