2016–17 MNZ Maribor season

These were competitions organised by Intercommunal Football Association of Maribor (MNZ Maribor) who was one of the nine Intercommunal Football Associations that were responsible for competitions below Slovenian Third League in the Slovenian football league system.

On July 12, 2016 it was announced that the 3 league format will remain,[1] however a couple of weeks later a new format with only two leagues was announced.[2] League schedules were also changed.
