The 2015 Eastern Illinois Panthers football team represented Eastern Illinois University in the 2015 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by second-year head coach Kim Dameron and played their home games at O'Brien Stadium. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC). Eastern Illinois finished the season 7–5, 7–1 in OVC play to finish in second place. They received an at-large bid to the FCS Playoffs, where they lost in the first round to Northern Iowa.
