The 2015–16 AD Bairro or ADESBA season were in the island division of football (soccer). The club finished fifth for the 2015-16 season.[1]
The club scored 26 goals and had 11 wins, 8 ties, 3 losses and 41 points.
Santiago Island League (South)
The 2015-16 season would have a good start, their first match was on November 15.[2] The first match of the season was against Delta, a club who would relegated at the end of the season being last place and did not won a match, ADESBA defeated that club 0-1 and was second, ADESBA. A draw was done with Boavista with a goal each. ADESBA defeated Vitória 0-1 on November 27 and was 3rd. Their next three matches ended in scoreless draws and was 2nd in week 4, the club's position dropped to fourth. Their next goals in four weeks was in a match against Travadores and won 2-4, afterwards ADESBA done the rest of their three match winning streak and defeated Eugênio Lima and Varanda and the club was second again where it was at the start of the season. On February 6, ADESBA shared a goal with Desportivo in a draw and their position dropped to third. It was followed by a four match winning streak and defeated Académica Praia, Delta, Boavista and Vitória, after the second match, the club was first place until April 5. A scoreless draw with Sporting Praia was on March 13. Their next match was weeks later on April 2 as a round 17 match with Celtic and lost 2-0 to that club and ended their unbeaten streak, the club would be 3rd, the club did not return being first for the season again. Originally for March 25, the round 16 match was played on April 5 with Os Garridos and won 2-1 and the club became second. Two draws were followed, a scoreless draw with Travadores on April 10 then a goal draw with Eugênio Lima and their positions rose to second then dropped to fourth. The club's final win was on a match with Varanda which was 0-3 and scored its last goals of the season and threw that club to the Second Division the following season, the club would be second for the last time. ADESBA suffered two losses in its final matches of the season, the club lost to Desportivo on April 30 and Académica on May 8 and their positions dropped to fourth and the club finished fifth. Overall, ADESBA picked up a position from last season which was done since 2014.
It had the longest unbeaten streak in the south of Santiago with ADESBA not losing for 16 matches in the championships which lasted from their last lost to Varanda on April 25, 2015 to April 2, 2016 of the loss to Celtic. Of any of the island leagues, it was behind Mindelense of São Vicente and Académica do Porto Novo of Southern Santo Antão and who went without losses being the other two. ADESBA also had 17 matches without losing away (the last was 3-2 to Vitória on April 17, 2015) and 22 matches without losing at home (the last was to Varanda on April 25, 2016). Also this was their greatest success in some seasons for the club.
ADESBA scored a total number of 26 goals, sixth after Os Garridos and shared with Celtic and Travadores and ahead of Eugênio Lima[1] 6 wins were at home while 5 were away. A 50/50 split on draws home and away numbering four. Only a loss occurred at home. ADESBA scored 14 goals at home and 12 away.

Team kit
Its uniform color is yellow with black pants and black striped socks for home games and all light green clothing for away games. The home uniform was used until October 2016.
