MNZ Ptuj Cup

All member clubs of MNZ Ptuj in any level of Slovenian league pyramid are eligible (and are in fact required[1]) to participate, except Zavrč who played in 1. SNL and Podvinci B (B teams are not allowed to participate).

Both finalists qualified for 2015-16 Slovenian Cup.
