The 2013 North American League of Legends Championship Series (2013 Summer NA LCS) were the first and second splits of the North American League of Legends Championship Series.[1] Most matches were played at a film studio in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, California.
The Spring Split was played from February 7 to April 19 with playoffs on April 26-28. Both regular season and playoffs were won by Team SoloMid with a roster consisting of Dyrus, TheOddOne, Andy "Reginald" Dinh, WildTurtle, and Xpecial.
The Summer Split was won by Cloud9 in their NA LCS debut with a roster of Balls, Meteos, Hai, Sneaky, and LemonNation. Cloud9 also set a historic regular season 25-3 record, which stood until The playoffs took place at PAX 2013.[2] By winning the Summer LCS C9 qualified for the Season 3 World Championship.[3]
