The 1999 Sacramento State Hornets football team represented Sacramento State University[note 1] during the 1999 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Sacramento State competed in the Big Sky Conference. The Hornets were led by fifth-year head coach John Volek and played home games at Hornet Stadium in Sacramento, California.
