The 1995 Sacramento State Hornets football team represented Sacramento State University[note 1] during the 1995 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Sacramento State competed in the final season of the American West Conference (AWC). In 1996, Sacramento State would move to the Big Sky Conference. The Hornets were led by first-year head coach John Volek and played home games at Hornet Stadium in Sacramento, California. Even though the team finished with a sub-500 record, they were still champion of the AWC. Their overall record was four wins, six losses and one tie (4–6–1, 3–0 WFC). Sacramento State was outscored by its opponents 255–377 for the season.
