1991 English cricket season
The 1991 English cricket season was notable for some outstanding fast bowling performances by Messrs Ambrose, Donald and Waqar. The West Indies toured England to compete in a test series which was drawn 2–2.[1] Sri Lanka also toured England to compete in a one match test series with England. England won 1–0.[2]
The Britannic Assurance County Championship was won by Essex.[3][4]
