The 1964 Valley State Matadors football team represented Valley State [note 1] during the 1964 College Division football season.
Valley State competed in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). The Matadors were led by third-year head coach Sam Winningham. They played home games at Monroe High in Sepulveda, CA.[note 2] They finished the season with a record of four wins and six losses (4–6, 1–3 CCAA).
