The 1943 Stanley Cup Finals was a best-of-seven series between the Boston Bruins and the Detroit Red Wings. The Red Wings, appearing in their third straight Finals, would win the series 4–0 to win their third Stanley Cup.

Boston defeated the Montreal Canadiens in a best-of-seven 4–0 to advance to the finals. The Red Wings defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in a best-of-seven 4–2 to advance and gain vengeance for Toronto's 4–3 series victory in the previous year's final.
